Job summary

The Bird in Bath invites you to join as a Breakfast Waiter, a role nestled in a boutique hotel known for bold personality and a warm team. You’ll help guests start their day with a friendly, efficient breakfast service within our main restaurant, gaining exposure to terrace service in warmer months.

Workload is 25 hours per week across flexible shifts, with a welcoming, inclusive culture and opportunities to learn and grow alongside a supportive team at The Bird.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Barista or beverage service skills are a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a welcome sight at the most important meal of the day, helping guests start their day right.
• Provide informal but efficient breakfast service from setup to close, 25 hours per week, 5 days flexible.
• Bring barista skills or learn on the job to supply the morning caffeine hit to guests.
• Be part of a team serving in the main restaurant and preparing terrace service in warmer months.

• Provide an informal but efficient breakfast service from set up to clean down then go home- 25 hours per week, 5 days flex
• Bring your barista skills or take some time to learn while you’re in the team, as you’ll be providing that early morning caffeine hit to our waking guests
• Be part of a team who matter as we serve in our main restaurant and prepare for terrace service in the warmer months
