Job summary

Urban Fresh Burgers & Fries is seeking a Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to join our management team. You will support daily operations, oversee kitchen and dining when needed, and uphold top-quality food, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in maturity, professionalism and integrity
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting targets and standards
• Train and monitor Burger Masters in health and safety, food hygiene, and workstation compliance
• Complete due diligence and paperwork related to food safety and health and safety when on duty
• Cash up and maintain accurate financial records in the absence of the Management team
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and food preparation at all times
• Collaborate with your management team to achieve sales, costs and performance targets
