Job summary

Urban Fresh Burgers & Fries is seeking a Shift Manager to join the management team and support daily restaurant operations, overseeing kitchen and dining in the absence of senior staff to ensure a positive guest experience.

The role requires 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant, strong leadership and organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Level 2 Food Safety and First Aid at Work are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Ability to learn and train others in Urban operations
• Strong work ethic and the ability to inspire your team

• Good mathematical ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Leading by example in maturity, professionalism and integrity
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through meeting targets and standards
• Ongoing training and monitoring of Burger Masters in health and safety, food hygiene, and workstation compliance
• Completing due diligence and paperwork related to food safety and health and safety when on duty
• Cashing up and maintaining accurate financial records in the absence of your Management team
• Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and food preparation
• Collaborating with your management team to achieve sales, costs and performance targets
