Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in daily restaurant management. You will support the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the business plan and supervise Crew Members and Team Leaders to meet job expectations.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, sales optimization, policy compliance, and effective communication while adapting to changing conditions and attending training sessions.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills are essential.
• Strong team-building abilities and leadership aptitude.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills are important for daily operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues and maintain accuracy.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license is required.
• Access to a phone or reliable communication method to meet restaurant needs.
