Honest Burgers Brighton is seeking a Shift Manager who believes in old-school hospitality and fresh food to make every guest’s day. You’ll lead the floor team and support the General and Assistant Managers, acting as the crucial link between front-of-house standards and daily operations.

You’ll cover shift management, food safety, coaching, and reporting while helping to cultivate loyalty, positivity and opportunity within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You will be ready to support your General and Assistant Manager in leadership responsibilities.
• You will be the perfect link between the floor team and management, working closely with your General and Assistant Manager.
