Job summary

Urban Sheffield is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to maximise the site’s potential by maintaining top quality food, great customer service and exceptional cleanliness. You will lead by example in professionalism and integrity while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to targets and standards.

Key duties include coaching the team on health and safety, food hygiene, and proper workstations, completing required paperwork, and keeping accurate financial records as part of daily

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and professional conduct.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in maturity, professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting targets and standards.
• Train and monitor staff on health/safety, food hygiene and workstation compliance.
• Complete all food safety and health/safety paperwork when on duty.
• Maintain accurate cash and financial records.

ABOUT US

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your goal is to achieve the maximum potential of your site through fantastic management.

You will be expected to uphold our high standards and ensure we achieve our three priorities every day; Top Quality Food, Great Customer Service and Exceptional Cleanliness.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Leading by example in areas of maturity, professionalism and integrity
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through the meeting of targets and standards
• Ongoing training and monitoring of Burger Masters in health and safety, food hygiene, and workstation compliance
• Completing all due diligence and paperwork relating to food safety and health and safety when on duty
• Cashing up and maintaining accurate financial records
• Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and food preparation at all times through proper training, monitoring and observation
• Collaborating with your management team to achieve sales, costs and performance targets.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A shared commitment to integrity and professionalism
• 2-years minimum experience of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• A strong, positive work ethic and the ability to inspire your team
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate and self-manage
• Strong people skills
• Good mathematic ability
• Use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel primarily)
