Salary: £37,000 - £39,250 (Depending on Experience)

Role Overview

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the General Manager in recruiting, inducting, and onboarding new team members.
2. Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
3. Drive high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
4. Maintain high standards and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
5. Show passion for the brand, ensuring your team is knowledgeable and confident.
6. Manage labour and cost margins effectively, driving sales and revenue, and using guest feedback to maximize opportunities.
7. Champion change and lead team implementation of new initiatives.
