Our Restaurant Managers play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, maintaining high operational standards, and achieving commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fast-paced restaurant operation, responsible for both kitchen and front of house
• Lead an engaged team focused on delivering a great customer experience
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Manage stock controls effectively to minimize wastage and ensure the kitchen has what it needs
• Support in-store events, including seasonal highlights and regular fixtures
• Communicate effectively with central support teams to maintain smooth operations and provide feedback
• Work as part of the Garden Centre Management team to ensure a safe, successful, and positive environment for colleagues

Who we are looking for

• Passion for hospitality with proven restaurant management experience
• Commercial awareness, understanding budgets, profitability, and sales growth
• Ability to manage stock controls and adhere to health & safety regulations
• Strong coaching and training skills to develop teams and ensure excellent customer service
• Adaptability to changing priorities and regulations
• Positive attitude towards change, leading teams with care and motivation
