Job summary

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Skegness seeks a Supermarkets & Vending Manager to run daily operations, ensuring guest experience, strong commercial performance, and high standards across shops and bars.

You will lead and develop large retail teams, drive sales and promotions, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while optimising labour and stock. Prior leadership in fast-paced hospitality retail is essential.
