Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported and heard.
- Proven experience maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Financial acumen related to kitchen operations, including gross profit and stock management.
- Ability to manage labor costs effectively, adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team to thrive and develop in their careers.
