Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

- Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, either personally or through your team.
- Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
- Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
What We Look For |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on meaningful conversations that support your team.
- Proven ability to uphold food, health, and safety standards.
- Financial acumen regarding kitchen performance, GP, and stock management.
- Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making abilities.
