Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

What You Need To Do:

• Ensure every dish meets high standards and that your team has the necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions when needed.
