• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development, fostering growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
