Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, with dishes prepared to the highest standards, either through your efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Have experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
