Job summary

KFC UK&I in Exeter is looking for a hands-on supervisor to own daily operations, drive performance, and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll train and coach crew, manage rosters and stock, and ensure operations run smoothly while hitting KPI targets.

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high standards, with emphasis on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and compliance. This role is full-time and based on-site in Exeter.
