General Manager | Full-time Exciting new opening in June

The Role |

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.

• Experience in fostering a positive, inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation. Ability to influence and empower emerging leaders through training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Dedication to providing excellent guest service, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
• Strong financial skills, including budgeting, inventory, labor management, and strategic marketing. Ability to analyze data for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Commitment to building and nurturing your team through recruitment and ongoing development.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment where team members feel respected and valued.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
