The Role:

As a General Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards, and drive restaurant performance. You will coach and develop your team to reach their potential.

Responsibilities include:

• Fostering a positive and inclusive work culture through emotional intelligence, inspiration, and effective delegation.
• Ensuring every guest interaction reflects outstanding service, through personal effort and team training.
