Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Casual Restaurant Manager to lead the hospitality restaurant during events at Utilita Arena Sheffield. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage restaurant service, and support the Food & Beverage team while upholding food safety and licensing regulations.

As a key member of the hospitality team, you’ll lead by example, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced events environment, with shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The Role

To lead and oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the hospitality restaurant during events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service, strong team leadership, and efficient operational delivery. This candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant service, supporting the Food & Beverage team, and ensuring all company standards, food safety requirements and licensing regulations are consistently met.

As a key member of the hospitality team, the Casual Restaurant Manager will lead by example, maintaining high standards whilst creating a welcoming and professional dining experience for all guests.
