Job summary

TAQUERIA LIMITED in London is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in TAQ, our revitalised Mexican dining concept.

You'll spend ~80% of your time on the floor during service, running daily briefings, training on service standards, and driving sales, with the remaining 20% on admin tasks and team meetings. A minimum of two years' managerial experience and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Natural leader with a confident, lead-by-example approach.
• Skilled in team development and motivation.
• Proven ability to meet targets and uphold high standards.
• Passionate about food and wine.
• Solid wine knowledge preferred (WSET Level 2, but not essential).
• Eager to grow professionally within an ambitious and creative company.
