Job summary

Gaucho in London seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead from the floor, inspiring exceptional hospitality and coaching the front of house team to deliver warm, attentive service. You will balance guest experience with team development, working closely with senior management to maintain high standards and commercial awareness.

As a service ambassador, you will drive guest satisfaction, support sales goals and uphold Gaucho's premium standards across shifts, while mentoring staff and supporting career

• Lead service from the floor, setting the pace and supporting the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Motivate, coach and develop the front of house team, building confidence and knowledge.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere where every guest receives warm, attentive and personal service.
• Maintain high standards on each shift and address opportunities to improve performance.
• Listen to guest feedback and use it to strengthen service and satisfaction.
• Support GM to drive sales, manage budgets and control costs.
• Assist in local initiatives to build guest relationships and return visits.
