Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a luxury hotel in Stirling to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager. You will lead the Food & Beverage team, drive service standards and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

You'll be on the floor during peak times, developing your team and maintaining high guest satisfaction. A hands-on manager who can optimise operations and foster a positive working culture will thrive, with live-in accommodation available for relocation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, or in a similar leadership role
• Experience within a busy hotel, resort, or high-volume hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
