Leonardo Royal Hotel Southampton Grand Harbour is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team and ensure guests have an exceptional experience. You’ll be on the floor, supporting colleagues and driving service standards throughout the shift.

You’ll set KPIs, manage rotas in advance for work-life balance, run regular team meetings, and identify training opportunities to develop your team within Leonardo Hotels. Together you’ll shape a welcoming, high-performing dining operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Food & Beverage team in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Ability to set KPIs and support the team in achieving them.
• Experience planning and issuing rotas in advance for work-life balance.
