Job summary

Chilled Pubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a front-of-house team, work with the General Manager, Head Chef and Bar Manager, and ensure warm, welcoming service and high standards across food and drink.

You will drive learning and development, run monthly team meetings and 121s, monitor ticket times and guest feedback, resolve complaints, and support the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a friendly, collaborative environment.
