We are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to oversee one of our Family Restaurants as part of the Park Catering team.

This varied and exciting role involves managing the team that delivers lunch to our theme park guests. Each day presents new challenges that require a positive attitude and excellent guest service. You will support the Senior Manager in managing daily operations, inspiring the team, and driving sales, profitability, quality, and service. There is also an opportunity to enroll in an apprenticeship for development and learning while working.

• Empowering the team with menu knowledge and adherence to allergen and dietary requirements
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and Food Safety
• Ensuring compliance during internal and external audits
• Leading daily operations smoothly
• Driving PDP and employee engagement initiatives
• Identifying and delivering training to develop the team
• Managing labour, stock, and equipment within the set budget
