Key responsibilities of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times, leading by example
• Build and maintain an efficient team, driving towards business objectives
• Develop a learning culture, ensuring all team members feel valued and rewarded
• Manage employees in line with skills and standards, providing regular feedback and appraisals
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and queries
• Analyze Mystery Diner reports and communicate findings to your team, implementing improvements

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in this position
• Experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers and the entire front of house operation
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and ability to perform well under pressure during busy service
• Excellent English language skills
