Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our dining team and ensure guests have an exceptional experience across our UK hotels. You will drive service standards, manage daily operations, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

The role focuses on guest satisfaction, team leadership, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for progression within Leonardo Hotels. This is a full-time, on-site position across our portfolio in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and be visible on the floor to support the team.
• Set KPIs and help the team achieve them.
• Lead regular team meetings and rota planning to support work-life balance.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team and future leaders.
