Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the UK is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the F&B department’s strategic objectives and supervise day-to-day operations. You will lead a vibrant team, motivate staff, and ensure guests have memorable experiences aligned with Leonardo standards.

You will work closely with the Head of Department, manage service delivery, and be a visible presence on the floor to back the team. The role offers opportunities for progression within our Leonardo Hotels estate.

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department, as well as supervising day to day operations. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel‑specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. You’ll be the backbone of the team as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, as you’ll be working with your Head of Department to motivate the team, ensuring that all guests have memorable experiences with us.
