Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to direct the F&B department, oversee daily operations, and engage the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels across the estate.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ensuring KPIs are met and coaching teams through regular meetings, rota planning, and ongoing training opportunities to progress within the company.

The Food & Beverage Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Food & Beverage department, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team.
