Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations across our renowned venues. You will deliver friendly, courteous, and professional service to the highest standards, while driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee a skilled team, mentor managers, handle busy service, and ensure English language excellence in all guest interactions. The role offers career development and a generous staff discount scheme across all sites.

• Proven experience in a leadership role in hospitality.

Key elements of your role as Restaurant Manager:

• To provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times to the highest standards, leading by example.
• To build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business.
• To develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded.
• To manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
• To ensure all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
• Analyse Mystery Diner reports and communicate them back to your team, finding ways to improve and learn.

About you:

• You have 2 years + experience in this position
• You have the experience and skills to oversee and support a team of managers, as well as the entire front of house operation.
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service, and you can cope well under pressure during a busy service.
• You have excellent English language skills
