The Ivy Collection is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards. You will motivate and manage a team, delivering friendly, professional service with charisma while maintaining food safety and quality.

This role requires strong English skills, 2+ years of experience, and a passion for delivering wow guest experiences in a premier setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Strong ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service.
• Charismatic and friendly professional with strong presence.

Responsibilities

• Show confidence in managing floor operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure the efficient flow of service while adhering to our service standards.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals.
• Adhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.
