KHR is currently working with a reputable gastropub based in Sevenoaks and is currently on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager. This is an important role within the team, which will see you be the face of the establishment and the leader of the team, ensuring customers have a great experience!

This is a varied role and will require someone flexible to run the Front of House and Bar.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
2. Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
3. Train and develop staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
4. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and excellent customer service
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
6. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
8. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Candidate Profile:

1. Previous experience in restaurant management
2. Strong leadership and team-building skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles
6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
