Job Summary:

• Flexible hours available
• No experience required
• Expected salary: $3,500 - $3,800 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle operations including guest relations, staff supervision, and development
• Maintain the restaurant and oversee all aspects that influence the business
• Lead and work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to changes
• Communicate effectively and lead the service team
• Ensure the highest quality of food, beverage, and service
• Monitor guest satisfaction before, during, and after service
• Provide operation reports for management
• Assist back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures, and related areas
• Coordinate departmental responsibilities
• Follow procedures meticulously and complete secondary duties assigned
• Train front and back of house personnel
• Oversee stock inventory and manage supplier operations
• Utilize good analytical skills for sales reporting
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
