We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen.

We're seeking a Restaurant Manager who embodies heartfelt hospitality and a growth mindset, committed to elevating every aspect of the guest experience. In this role, you'll lead by example—setting and maintaining exceptional service standards that define our venue while nurturing a team that shares our passion for genuine, warm connections. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring that each team member is empowered to contribute to our vibrant culture and uphold our values. Your strategic vision and dedication to continuous improvement will drive innovative service solutions, creating an environment where every guest leaves with a memorable experience and every team member feels valued and inspired to grow.
