Job summary

Gees Restaurant & Bar in North Oxford is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire a small team in a busy, stylish setting.

The role offers an 45-hour week with an OTE up to £42,000 per annum (including non-contractual service charge). Part-time hours may be considered, with training provided and opportunities to develop within The Oxford Collection.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, excited by food, wine, and restaurant culture, with high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
• The following attributes; the ability to inspire and motivate people, experience of dining in similar restaurants, a keen willingness to learn, a high level of written English, and strong IT literacy.
• Previous management experience is beneficial although not essential as full training will be provided.
• This Restaurant Manager role is comparable with a Duty Restaurant Manager position.

Key requirements for the role:

We offer a flexible shift pattern across a 45-hour week (Monday-Sunday rota with two days off). You will be offered an OTE up to £42,000.00 per annum, including non-contractual tronc (service charge).

Part-time hours may also be considered.
