Cubitt House is an independent group of food-driven pubs.

We are 8 public houses with destination dining rooms in Belgravia, Chelsea, Marylebone, Mayfair, and Notting Hill. We have 14 boutique hotel rooms in 3 of our pubs.

The Grazing Goat masters the combination of pub and restaurant. Food is at the heart of what we do, combined with first-class service for all our guests. We have a pub floor, a restaurant on the first floor, and 8 bedrooms, all in the heart of Marylebone.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team: someone who will not only share our passion for the products but be enthusiastic, work in a team, and above all, have fun while doing it all. A desire to deliver the absolute best experience for our guests is our calling.

Who we are looking for?

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• A positive attitude, looking to enjoy their work and have passion for what we offer.
• Hotel admin experience is desirable.
• Experience managing a team and evidence of developing their skills and roles.
• Ambition; we will train, listen, and support any team member at Cubitt House. What we need from you is a desire to grow with us.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a restaurant.
• You will need to have or be obtaining an NI number and proof of your eligibility to work within the UK.
