THE JOB

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager (RM) with good management experience in either a restaurant or wine bar background. This is a gorgeous intimate wine bar in East London owned by highly respected industry leaders. They are looking to build on their success and elevate their offering, being a key part of the exciting plans ahead for this brilliant cocktail and wine bar group.

The ideal person will have a real passion for wine and hospitality, with a good level of wine knowledge. Extensive wine knowledge is not mandatory; more important is being an excellent manager who can lead and inspire the team. You will assist in building their ever-changing wine list, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your management skills and broaden your wine knowledge, as you'll be working with a vast and evolving selection of wines. The perfect RM loves excellent restaurants and bars, possesses strong leadership skills, and is eager to join an outstanding business and contribute to their future growth.

THE HOURS

This bar is open 7 days a week, closing at 11/12 pm. This is a 48-hour week role, with some scheduled admin time.
