The PIG Hotel at Harlyn Bay is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining room with warmth and professionalism. You will host the room, set the tone, and ensure a memorable guest experience amid a high-volume service.

As part of THE PIG team you’ll train and develop staff, plan service flow, and empower others with a hands-on leadership style. Previous senior restaurant management roles and strong people skills are essential.

• Must have experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in high-volume settings.
• Excellent people skills and guest-focused service.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage service flow.

Location: THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, PL28 8SQ

Pay: Up to £35,900 per annum DOE, (OTE £41,400 inclusive of tronc).

Hours: 45 hours per week, over 5 days.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG.

As a Restaurant Manager at The PIG you must have the ability to host a room, setting the tone for a relaxed yet professional style of service that’s guaranteed to ensure our guests can sit back and enjoy their time with us.

Our Restaurant team is diverse, with varied experience and abilities on display you will need to train, plan and develop their skills to collectively provide a quality service to our guests.

The ideal Restaurant Manager at THE PIG will show creativity and empowerment to those around them by giving that little extra in everything they do.

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with exposure to high volume quality service is desired, along with excellent people skills.
