THE PIG Hotel | B Corp in Brockenhurst is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to create an exciting work atmosphere focused on family, fun and community. You will lead and drive the daily restaurant operations, supporting the Restaurant Manager by supervising the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

The role requires confident, yet approachable leadership in a high-volume setting, with strong communication and people management skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Location: THE PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QL

Salary: OTE £16.85 per hour, including tronc.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu which is dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by our local suppliers. We can guarantee each service to be different, fun, and full of atmosphere!

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community.

You will be responsible for ‘Bringing it together’ by helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant.

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience with us.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will lead the food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Therefore, good communication and people management skills are a must.

You will need to be confident, yet at ease working in an attention to detail environment whilst maintaining an informal and accessible approach to all.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
