The Pig Hotel Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager at THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay, Padstow. You will lead a diverse team, train staff, and ensure a high standard of service in a busy, guest-focused environment.

As part of THE PIG you'll oversee a 45-hour week, work across 5 days, and bring a warm, professional presence to every service. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with exposure to high volume quality service.
• Excellent people skills and ability to train and develop a team.
• Ability to host a room and set a relaxed yet professional service tone.

Pay: Up to £35,900 per annum DOE, (OTE £41,400 inclusive of tronc).

Hours: 45 hours per week, over 5 days.

The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG.

As a Restaurant Manager at The PIG you must have the ability to host a room, setting the tone for a relaxed yet professional style of service that’s guaranteed to ensure our guests can sit back and enjoy their time with us.

Our Restaurant team is diverse, with varied experience and abilities on display you will need to train, plan and develop their skills to collectively provide a quality service to our guests.

The ideal Restaurant Manager at THE PIG will show creativity and empowerment to those around them by giving that little extra in everything they do.

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with exposure to high volume quality service is desired, along with excellent people skills.
