Pasta Evangelists is looking for an utterly fabulous individual to manage our new Farringdon fresh pasta restaurant. The role involves not only cooking and serving the freshest pasta but also opening doors to one of the coolest locations in town.

Imagine having your own chefs making fresh pasta in the window, playing Italian funk and jazz, the aroma of ragù, pasta making classes, buzzing Vespas, and a complimentary wine machine for customers. As General Manager, you will create something exceptional, leading a passionate team and ensuring an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Launching and managing the new Farringdon restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service from day one.
2. Being the face of Pasta Evangelists Farringdon, providing effortless service and promoting our fresh pasta.
3. Creating, leading, and inspiring a team of passionate individuals.
4. Organizing in-store events like Italian lessons, wine evenings, and pasta classes.
5. Fostering a positive work environment where team members thrive.
6. Ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
7. Managing reports, regulations, and compliance with Food and Safety standards.
8. Developing plans to meet KPIs, achieve commercial goals, and manage costs.
9. Driving customer satisfaction and sales through innovation and continuous improvement.
