Job summary

Scotsman Hospitality seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at our Glasgow venue. You will deliver consistently excellent customer service and uphold high service standards, while guiding and training restaurant staff and supervisors to perform at their best.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as per business needs, within a vibrant, social hospitality environment.

The Role

As Restaurant Manager, your role will include:

• Responsibility for daily restaurant operation.
• Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
• Managing service standards and ensure restaurant staff and supervisors are fully trained.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
