Cornwall Staff Agency Limited is recruiting on behalf of an award-winning luxury hotel in Falmouth for a Senior Chef to lead a busy kitchen and uphold exceptional standards across a varied service lineup. The role is hands-on, working closely with the Head Chef and senior management to drive quality, mentor junior staff and contribute to menus for the restaurant and special events.

Working pattern is 3–4 shifts per week from 12:00 to 21:00, with parking and excellent benefits in a prestigious

My client, an award-winning luxury hotel in Falmouth, is looking to recruit an experienced

Senior Chef to join their talented kitchen team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy, high-quality kitchen. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining exceptional food standards while supporting and motivating the wider brigade.

The hotel is renowned for its outstanding food offering and hosts a variety of special events throughout the year, making this an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys diversity within their role.

The Role

• Supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Working as part of the senior leadership team within the brigade
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
• Assisting with training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Contributing to menus for both restaurant service and special events

Working Pattern

• 3 to 4 shifts per week
• 12pm - 9pm
• A varied role across restaurant, events and function catering- not one day is the same
