Job summary

Lilibet’s Restaurant in Mayfair is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will support the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with daily operations, staff management, and inventory control.

We value friendly, passionate leaders who drive exceptional guest experiences, optimize revenue, and maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Training and mentoring the team is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager in high-end venues.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service and quality.
• Knowledge of health and safety, food hygiene, and fire regulations.
• Proven track record in recruiting, training and motivating teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach.
• Experience managing labour budgets, scheduling and rotas.

The Position

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about guest experience, food and drink.

You will assist the Assistant General manager & the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, guests service, and inventory control. You will help develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall restaurant performance, whilst ensuring high standards of service standards, cleanliness, and guests satisfaction are maintained at all times. You will also train and mentor team members to uphold company policies and procedures.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant and/or private members club.
• Extensive and proven experience of delivering exceptional service, food and drink.
• Working knowledge of H&S, Food Hygiene and Fire Regulations relevant to the business
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, train and motivate a diverse team of people
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
• Experience in managing labour budgets, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas
