Franco Manca is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our buzzing pizzerias in the UK, delivering exceptional service, food and guest experiences. You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring every shift runs smoothly and guests leave with a lasting impression.

You'll lead and develop your team, manage budgets, and uphold health and safety standards while building strong community ties.

Responsabilidades

• Be the driving force behind the restaurant, delivering exceptional service and experiences for every guest.
• Own day-to-day running of the restaurant, from dough to smiles.
• Lead, support and develop the team to perform at their best during peak times.
• Be the face of Franco Manca, building relationships with customers and the local community.
• Manage budgets, hit targets and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Celebrate team successes and share wins across the restaurant.

• £40,000 – 57,000 OTE (including service charge)
