About the Role

The hotel’s restaurant, beloved by locals and destination diners alike, is known for its seasonal, locally sourced menus and exceptional guest experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation — leading a passionate front-of-house team and working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and memorable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and quality standards
• Manage bookings, guest relations, and special events
• Uphold health and safety standards and drive guest satisfaction
• Monitor performance, encourage upselling, and manage costs
• Take ownership of rotas, recruitment, training, and performance management

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hospitality setting is essential
