Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager, located in Birmingham. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining budgetary controls, and handling profit and loss (P&L) management. The role includes responsibilities such as hiring and training employees, resolving customer complaints, and creating a positive dining experience for all guests.
