Iconic Hotels & Resorts in the Cotswolds is seeking a commercially focused Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and In-Room Dining outlets. You will inspire your team, drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

The role offers leadership responsibility, performance management and opportunities for training and career development within a luxury hotel group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant/Bar/F&B Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, payroll and stock control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on leadership style to inspire and motivate teams.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and In-Room Dining outlets. You will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team, driving commercial performance and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

As a key leader within the hotel, you'll have the autonomy to influence standards, develop your people and make a real impact on the guest journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Creating memorable guest experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction, including NPS scores, 7Rooms feedback and online reviews, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Driving revenue growth through exceptional service, upselling and commercial awareness.
• Managing labour costs, stock control and departmental profitability.
• Coaching, developing and retaining talented team members.
• Building strong relationships across the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, Food Safety and licensing requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role within a quality hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, payroll and stock control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A hands on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
