The Lygon Arms, a landmark luxury hotel in the Cotswolds, is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and In-Room Dining outlets. You will inspire your team, drive commercial performance and ensure memorable guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, you will influence standards, develop your people and deliver exceptional service in a historically rich setting. Competitive salary and benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Restaurant/Bar/F&B leadership role within a quality hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and online reviews, implementing continuous improvements.
• Drive revenue growth through exceptional service, upselling and commercial awareness.
• Manage labour costs, stock control and departmental profitability.
• Coach, develop and retain talented team members.
• Build strong relationships across the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and licensing requirements.
