Job summary

Deliveroo is hiring a Restaurant Launch Assistant (Flemish/Dutch speaking) to support onboarding of new restaurants in Belgium and Netherlands markets. You will be the face of Deliveroo for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform and providing high-touch service throughout the onboarding journey.

The role requires native or fluent Flemish/Dutch and strong English, confident communication, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Linguistic proficiency in Flemish/Dutch and English
• Strong phone presence and outbound calling ability
• Experience with internal systems and CRM tools
• Ability to handle tight turnaround times with empathy
• Collaborative, positive attitude in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding for new restaurant partners
• Provide high-touch customer service during onboarding
• Manage high volume calls and guide partners through joining Deliveroo
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management for smooth handovers
• Maintain daily call plans to hit KPIs
