Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
• Has experience managing kitchen operations, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Supports food safety, health, and safety standards, and understands financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
